Waited almost 2 months to have our transmission rebuilt...got it back and it still slips since the day we picked it back up ....now it's doing it even worse! Very unhappy that we spent that much money and time for it to still be messed up

I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I got from Wayne Gorbys. I called with the highest anxiety a person could have. My car needed work that no one wanted to do and it was gonna cost a whole lot. Tracy that works the desk was so patient and kind. She walked me thru ordering my parts so I didn't pay an arm and a leg for them. I paid less than half of what everyone else was gonna charge me for labor. I got allot of sighs and omg when shopping around. I called here and was told, " let's figure this out" . They made it so I could afford to get my car fixed and You don't find allot of ppl like this anymore. I will never go anywhere else.

Took my transmission from my truck into the shop. Everyone was friendly and made sure I was taken care of. Price was highly competitive and turnaround time was phenomenal. Answered all questions and was very upfront and offered information pertinent to my situation. I've read some poor reviews of this shop, however it seems people have asked for a free diagnosis over the phone which is impossible to do and rate based on that which is absurd given the fact they have never done business with the shop. These guys got me in and taken care of promptly.
